How do I enroll in online banking?
- Click here to enroll in online banking
- Fill out the enrollment form completely and click Enroll. Note: When enrolling, you will receive a one-time-password via email.
- The Online Banking Terms and Conditions will appear on your screen. You must agree to continue.
- Establish your credentials by choosing a case-sensitive username and password.
- Enter the information requested to setup your challenge questions.
- Select Continue. Once your enrollment request has been processed, you will have immediate access to your online banking. If you’re a Business Cash Management user, you must contact a Banker to enroll.
Password and Security Question Requirements
- Passwords must contain at least nine (9) but no more than seventeen (17) characters to include at least: one number, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one special character.
- Each challenge question must be unique.
Having trouble logging in?
- Ensure you have the correct account login type selected. Small business customers who are not Cash Management users must select “Retail” in the Select Account field when logging in.
- Usernames are case sensitive.
- If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password link or call your local branch for assistance.
- If you can’t remember your Security Question responses, you may request a one-time code via email by clicking “Email Passcode” on the Security Challenge page.
