Online Banking Frequently Asked Questions

How do I enroll in online banking?

  1. Click here to enroll in online banking 
  2. Fill out the enrollment form completely and click Enroll. Note: When enrolling, you will receive a one-time-password via email.
  3. The Online Banking Terms and Conditions will appear on your screen. You must agree to continue.
  4. Establish your credentials by choosing a case-sensitive username and password.
  5. Enter the information requested to setup your challenge questions.
  6. Select Continue. Once your enrollment request has been processed, you will have immediate access to your online banking. If you’re a Business Cash Management user, you must contact a Banker to enroll.

Password and Security Question Requirements

  • Passwords must contain at least nine (9) but no more than seventeen (17) characters to include at least: one number, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one special character.
  • Each challenge question must be unique.

Having trouble logging in? 

  • Ensure you have the correct account login type selected. Small business customers who are not Cash Management users must select “Retail” in the Select Account field when logging in.
  • Usernames are case sensitive. 
  • If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password link or call your local branch for assistance.
  • If you can’t remember your Security Question responses, you may request a one-time code via email by clicking “Email Passcode” on the Security Challenge page.
