Contact Us

For your protection, First FarmBank continuously monitors debit card transactions to detect possible fraud. Should we notice anything suspicious, we may call to verify any necessary transactions.

  • Fraud Detection Center calls originate from 1-877-253-8964. Any calls that are NOT from this number or any of our local branches, see listing by scrolling below, are likely phishing attempts that should be ignored.

  • Our free mobile app is a great tool to help prevent fraud! Use it to setup alerts to help detect activity that you did not authorize and to turn off your card if you have misplaced it.

  • If you have a cell phone, we encourage you to ask us to list that as your primary number so you can receive Fraud Detection Center calls even if you're not home.
