Job Title: IT Administrator

Location:  St. Michaels, West Greeley

Job Summary: 

The IT Administrator develops, implements, refines, and maintains the Bank’s IT policies, procedures, processes, standards, and all related governance documents; and administers the attestation process within IT, ensuring policy and standard exceptions are documented as appropriate.  The IT Administrator is responsible for the third party Information Technology Department (Clear Perceptions, Inc. relationship) and develops, implements, enhances, and supports information and (IT) operational risk controls through established policies, procedures, processes, and standards. The position manages the IT change and problem management process; vendor management; follows GLBA/FFIEC Standards for Safeguarding Customer Information, acts as liaison with internal audit teams and external regulators; completes IT risk assessments; and provides IT leadership with a realistic overview of risks and threats from an IT controls perspective. The IT Administrator chairs the IT/Operations Steering Committee, provides leadership in Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Planning and testing. Ensures FFB follows FFIEC guidelines in all areas from Audit to Wholesale Payment Systems. The IT Administrator works as a team with the Chief Operations Officer, CEO, and Operations Officer to manage critical vendor relationships.

Experience: Two years of banking experience is required for this position.

Job Title: Financial Service Specialist

Location:  Greeley Branches

Job Summary: 

The incumbent in this job is responsible for determining the customer’s banking needs and selling bank products and services that will satisfy the need.  The person opens new deposit accounts and related services, processes changes to agreements with existing customer relationships. The person provides the highest quality of service to every customer and builds customer relationships that support the bank’s strategic plan.

The Financial Service Specialist position requires participating in bank marketing activities, generating new account leads, and marketing to existing customers to maintain and expand customer relationships.  It is expected that the Financial Service Specialist works in cooperation with loan officers on cross-marketing of all First FarmBank products and services.

The incumbent in this job also provides professional customer service in paying and receiving teller transactions by processing and balancing specific transactions and by assisting customers by providing information concerning Bank services and answering questions.  The incumbent provides the highest quality of service to every customer.

Experience: 1 year job related experience, excellent customer service skills, knowledge of bank operations and procedures, ability to cross market all bank products, computer skills

Education: High School degree and two years of college and/or experience.
