Job Title: System Operations Officer

Location:  St. Michaels Branch, Greeley

Job Summary: 

The Systems Operations Officer will be responsible for ‘Core’ Operations/Deposit System maintenance, operations, training, including item processing, remoted deposit capture, wire transfers, internet banking, and mobile banking.  Includes assistance with other ancillary products and services.  Manages relationship with ‘core’ vendor.  Member of the IT Steering Committee and Compliance Committee reporting on the status of projects, process changes, and elimination of audit or examination exceptions.  The successful candidate will provide back up for Chief Operations Officer.    Maintains a thorough understanding of operational procedures and regulatory guidelines through on-going education programs, webinars, seminars, and other training activities. Coordinates along with Branch Deposit and Operations Managers an annual Operations and Deposit training meeting.  Adheres to BSA and Compliance requirements and procedures.  Active participant in monthly Branch Deposit and Operations Managers meeting.  Travel, as necessary, to branch bank locations for training and support meetings.

Education:  Bachelors degree preferred with a focus in business finance and/or accounting.  7 years of progressive bank operations management and compliance.

Job Title: Compliance Officer

Location:  Greeley Branches

Job Summary: 

The Compliance Officer is responsible for overseeing operational regulatory compliance such as lending compliance, and deposit operations compliance for the bank. The Compliance Officer will maintain and update as necessary the Bank’s compliance program to ensure the Bank monitors, self-assesses and maintains compliance with lending, deposit, HDMA, and other applicable banking laws and regulations that affect operations and lending. This professional must have significant experience in compliance with financial institutions and must also be able to focus on details associated with compliance.  This position is critical to the bank and requires exceptional judgment, ability to prioritize duties and exceptional organizational skills. Ensures that the Bank’s Compliance program meets regulatory requirements and standards while enhancing organizational performance.

Education:  BA or BS degree and 5 years of bank compliance related experience, 3 of those years in a supervisory capacity.

Preferred Skills and/or Experience:  former state of federal bank examiner or bank auditor.  CRCM, ICBA Certified Compliance Officer and/or other similar compliance training or certifications.

Job Title: Financial Service Specialist

Location:  Greeley Branches

Job Summary: 

The incumbent in this job is responsible for determining the customer’s banking needs and selling bank products and services that will satisfy the need.  The person opens new deposit accounts and related services, processes changes to agreements with existing customer relationships. The person provides the highest quality of service to every customer and builds customer relationships that support the bank’s strategic plan.

The Financial Service Specialist position requires participating in bank marketing activities, generating new account leads, and marketing to existing customers to maintain and expand customer relationships.  It is expected that the Financial Service Specialist works in cooperation with loan officers on cross-marketing of all First FarmBank products and services.

The incumbent in this job also provides professional customer service in paying and receiving teller transactions by processing and balancing specific transactions and by assisting customers by providing information concerning Bank services and answering questions.  The incumbent provides the highest quality of service to every customer.

Experience: 1 year job related experience, excellent customer service skills, knowledge of bank operations and procedures, ability to cross market all bank products, computer skills

Education: High School degree and two years of college and/or experience.
