Job Title:   Financial Service Specialist (part-time)

Location:   Yuma, CO

 Job Summary:

The incumbent in this job provides professional customer service in paying and receiving teller transactions by processing and balancing specific transactions and by assisting customers by providing information concerning Bank services and answering questions.  The incumbent provides the highest quality of service to every customer.

 The person in this job is responsible for determining the customer’s banking needs and selling bank products and services that will satisfy the need.  The person opens new deposit accounts and related services, processes changes to agreements with existing customer relationships. The person provides the highest quality of service to every customer and builds customer relationships that support the bank’s strategic plan.

 The Financial Service Specialist position requires participating in bank marketing activities, generating new account leads, and marketing to existing customers to maintain and expand customer relationships.  It is expected that the Financial Service Specialist works in cooperation with loan officers on cross-marketing of all First FarmBank products and services. 

Qualifications:

One year of job related experience.
Ability to cross market all bank products effectively.
Excellent Customer Service skills.
Ability to handle disgruntled customers and resolve problems or concerns.
Knowledge of bank operations and procedures.
Ability to work as a team with loan officers.
Ability to use a personal computer.
Ability to use job-related software programs.
Ability to use general office and other job-related equipment such as a calculator and copy machine.

Job Title: AVP or VP Lending (depending on experience)

Location: Tribune, KS

Job Summary:

Develop, originate and administer a portfolio of commercial, real estate, construction, agricultural and consumer loans to meet or exceed the Bank’s credit quality, profitability, growth, and service objectives. Manage the grading and collection of all related loans. Participate in Tier I Loan Committee. Cross sell the financial products offered by FFB. Provide professional customer service. Communicate effectively and work in harmony with all departmental and non-departmental staff. General knowledge and understanding of lending laws and regulations. Specific knowledge of the bank loan policy. Provide various reports as requested. Assist in the development and implementation of lending policies, procedures and strategies. Participates in community and civic activities.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelors degree or equivalent; or four to ten years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:  Commercial Lending School Diploma/Certificate.  Should have Graduate School of Banking Certificate.
