A message to our customers about COVID-19

First FarmBank Customers,

As always, serving you is our highest priority. As the situation surrounding coronavirus and COVID-19 continues to evolve, please know that we are actively monitoring the situation and proactively planning for any potential impact on our operations.

Your financial health and safety is a priority for us. We’ve always taken pride in our facilities and on top of our regularly-scheduled cleaning procedures, we’ve increased the frequency in which our branches are cleaned and disinfected each week, effective immediately. As recommended by the CDC, we’re regularly wiping down our teller stations and service areas as an important preventative measure. We have every intention of continuing to offer best-in-class service, even if the situation should worsen.

First FarmBank has business continuity programs in place, including a pandemic plan. Our Executive Management team is meeting on a regular basis to ensure our actions are positioning us to meet your banking needs. We're also doing all we can to take care of our team. In addition to encouraging staff to stay home when they are sick, we've provided them electronic training materials on how to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

If conditions change or if other updates become necessary, we’ll communicate them with you on our website and potentially via email. As always, please feel free to reach out to our Hometown Bankers if you have any questions.

Dan Allen, President
